3. Eligible Refund Cases

The service was not started due to a system error
The service is not deliverable and canceled by Esmmhub.in
A technical issue occurred from our side
In such cases, the refund will be added only as account balance, not to the original payment method.
4. Partial Refund Policy
Partial refunds may be provided if an order is partially completed.
The refundable amount will be calculated based on the remaining undelivered service.
Partial refunds are credited to the Esmmhub.in wallet balance only.
5. Duplicate Payment Policy
If a user makes a duplicate payment due to technical issues, the extra amount will be credited to the account balance.
